By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms and policies outlined below. These are aligned with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

Accounts and Service Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if there is a breach of our terms or to maintain the integrity of our service environment.
Shipping Policy
We ship from Centurion, South Africa. Shipping is done once payment has cleared. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and courier availability.
- City Centres: 1 to 3 working days
- Outlying Areas: 1 to 5 working days
Delays can occur during high-volume periods or due to factors beyond our control. During promotions or public holidays shipping may take longer.
Important Notes:
- Shipping options can be selected on check out, any special requests must be noted on your order.
- RCX South Africa (PTY) LTD. is not liable for delays once parcels are handed over to the courier. We will assist with tracking and provide updates.
- It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct.
- All items are packed securely. We are not liable for damage caused during transit, but we will assist with courier claims where applicable.

Returns and Warranty
In line with the CPA, you are entitled to return goods within 7 days of receiving them, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- General merchandise carries a 7-day limited warranty.
- Electronics, batteries, and engines are sold as-is.
- Returns or exchanges must be arranged with RCX South Africa (PTY) LTD. As soon as possible.
- All returns or exchanges are subject to inspection before any replacement or refund is processed.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
- Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect. This depends on your payment provider and bank.
- No refunds will be issued for goods used, damaged, or not returned in original condition.
- Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Out of Stock and Supplier Issues
If a product is unavailable due to supplier stock issues, we will offer a suitable alternative or process a refund within 2 to 4 working days. You have the right to choose the option you prefer.
Discounts and Promotions
- Gift Cards: Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Promotional Discounts: Apply to product prices only and exclude delivery charges.
Repairs
- Unclaimed Repairs: Items not collected within 30 days of repair completion or quotation approval will be considered abandoned. After two contact attempts, items may be sold to recover costs.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any legal disputes must be resolved under the jurisdiction of South African courts.
